sign up for CPR, first aid, or CERT training?

To sign up for CPR/AED and First Aid classes, contact the recorded information line at 425 257-8118 for information on the monthly classes.

CPR/AED classes are from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. the first Tuesday of every month at Station No. 4 located at 5920 Glenwood Ave.  The cost is $50. 

First Aid classes are from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. the first Wednesday of every month at Station No. 4, 5920 Glenwood Ave. Cost is $40. 

Certification cards for both classes are valid for two years.  To register, call the EMS office at 425-257-8137, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Advance registration is required.

To schedule an on-site CPR/AED and First Aid at your business, contact 425-257-8137.  The fee is $65 per person.  Both classes require a minimum of 10 people per class.  Certification cards are valid for two years.

To sign up for a Community Emergency Response Team class, contact Renee Darnell, CERT Coordinator, at 425 257-8111 or rdarnell@ci.everett.wa.us.

CERT is a free course, but requires the purchase of a basic CERT emergency kit usually costing around $30.  This is an eight-week course that teaches emergency preparedness and how to help yourself, family and neighbors immediately before, during and after an emergency or disaster.  There are usually two classes per year.
