COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: (These items come before the City Council serving as a Council Committee of the Whole and are likely to be scheduled at a future meeting).
(1) Golf Fee Modifications effective November 1, 2010
PROPOSED ACTION AGENDA: (These items currently scheduled for action on a future Everett City Council meeting).
(2) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 5 to property purchase Agreement with Touchstone Corporation for the purchase and redevelopment of the Allen Buick Property
(3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2010-2011 Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County for sex offender address and residency verification program services
(4) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment Three to the Professional Services Agreement with Nakano Associates for Design of the Downtown Plaza at the Everett Performing Arts Center in the amount of $60,098.00
CONSENT ITEMS:
(5) Adopt Resolution No. ___ authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,979,726.13 for the period of July 17, 2010 through July 23, 2010
(6) Adopt Resolution No. ___ authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,583, 233.34 for the period ending July 17, 2010
(7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Addendum No. 4 to Monitoring Services Agreement between the City of Everett and BI Incorporated
(8) Authorize the closure of Norton Avenue between 35th Street and 33rd Street on August 28, 2010, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. for a Norton Avenue neighborhood block party
(9) Authorize the closure of 24th and 25th Street between Lombard and Oakes on August 21, 2010, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. for the New Beginnings Church Annual School Supply Giveaway
ACTION ITEMS:
(10) Authorize the Mayor to Execute Amendment No. 2 to the contract with Baker, Lewis, Schwisow & Laws PLLC in the form substantially as provided
(11) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Agreement with the Washington State Patrol regarding Livescan fingerprinting identification with Western Identification Network
