COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: (These items come before the City Council serving as a Council Committee of the Whole and are likely to be scheduled at a future meeting).
(1) Authorize RFP 2012-06 for Everett TV equipment replacement.
PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS:
(2) CB 1201-07– 2nd Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to Banners in the Public Rights of Way and repealing Ordinances as provided by in Section 19 of this Ordinance (3rd and final reading on 2-15-12)
(3) CB 1201-08– 2nd Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, “Parks Conversion Planning” Fund 354, Program 039, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. (3rd and final reading on 2-15-12)
CONSENT ITEMS:
(4) Adopt Resolution No. ____ authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,013,621.55 for the period of January 21, 2012 through January 27, 2012
(5) Adopt Resolution No. ____ authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $ 3,505,579.76 for the period ending January 14, 2012
(6) Accept the Broadway at 13th & 14th and Colby at Wall Signalization Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Kamins Construction allowing the release of retainage in the amount of $29,647.83.
(7) Accept the 2011 Biosolids Removal Project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Synagro West, LLC., allowing the retainage bond to be released
ACTION ITEMS:
(8) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Third Amendment to Lease with Trinity Lutheran College for Municipal Court Probation space at 2802 Wetmore Avenue
(9) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 9 to the Property Purchase Agreement with Touchstone Corporation for the Purchase and Redevelopment of the Allen Buick Property extending the Project Approvals Period for 9 months
(10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Advertising Agreement with SuperMediaLLC in the amount of $7,396.20
(11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Grade Crossing Construction and Maintenance Agreement, Easement, and Memorandum of Agreement with Burlington Northern Santa Fe for improvements at Pacific Avenue and Eclipse Mill Road Intersection
(12) Award construction contract and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract with IMCO General Construction, Inc., for the “Transmission Line No. 5 Pile Replacement” project in the amount of $891,253.05, including Washington State sales tax.
(13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with Bellevue for Everett Fire Department personnel to participate in WMD/MCI/Active Shooter training.
