(2) CB 1207-261st and 2nd Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending the Moratorium relating to the Central Waterfront Planning Area by extending the Moratorium an additional six (6) months, amending Ordinance No. 3260-12 (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 7-25-12)

(3) CB 1207-27– 1st Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending the Comprehensive Plan and rezoning the property located at 19th Avenue SE and 120th Street SE, amending Ordinance No 2021-94, and Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 8-1-12)

(11) CB 1207-35– 1st Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance rezoning the north portion of the City owned Forgotten Creek property from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to R-1 (Single Family), amending ordinance No 2021-94, and ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 8-1-12)

(12) CB 1207-36– 1st Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance rezoning the north portion of the property located at 3054 Tulalip Avenue from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to R-1 (Single Family), amending Ordinance No. 1671-92 (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 8-1-12)

(13) CB 1207-37– 1st Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving a Comprehensive Plan map amendment to expand the City’s Urban Growth Boundary on Smith Island, amending Ordinance No. 2021-94, as amended (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 8-1-12)


CONSENT ITEMS:

(14) Adopt Resolution No. ____ authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,148,166.57 for the period of June 30, 2012 through July 6, 2012

(15) Adopt Resolution No. ____ authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,501,868.40 for the period ending June 30, 2012

ACTION ITEMS:

(16) CB 1207-24– 3rd and final Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance of the City of Everett, Washington, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and/or damaging of certain land, property and/or property rights for the repair and construction of roadway improvements along Lowell-Larimer Road; and directing the City Attorney to prosecute the appropriate action and proceedings in the manner provided by law for said condemnation

(17) CB 1207-25 -3rd and final Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing the special construction fund entitled “Key Bank/Bank of Everett Shell Improvement Project,” Fund 342, Program 012 as established by Ordinance No. 3046-07, and amended by Ordinance 3132-09

(18) Award Bid for Fire Administration Complex – SeismicImprovements to Biwell Construction in the amount of $1,257,716.00 excluding Washington State Sales Tax

(19) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Support Service Agreement for furnishing Radio Configuration Support Services

(20) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 4 to the Professional Services Agreement with Murray, Smith & Associates, Inc. for Sewer Lift Station No. 24 Emergency Forecemain Replacement, Silver Way Segment for a total amount of $1,040,900.00

(21) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement establishing SnohomishRegional Drug & Gang Task Force in the amount of $25,746.00
