(1) Adopt Resolution amending Resolution No. 6281 establishing City Council Rulesof Procedures for the conduct of Council

(2) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Premier Golf Management Agreement

(3) Adopt Resolution acknowledging completion of the Transfer of Development Rights report and authorizing city staff to explore the potential for an interjurisdictional TDR Program in Snohomish County

(20) CB 1207-36– 3rd and final Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance rezoning the north portion of the property located at 3054 Tulalip Avenue from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to R-1 (Single Family), amending Ordinance No. 1671-92

(21) CB 1207-37– 3rd and final Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving a Comprehensive Plan map amendment to expand the City’s Urban Growth Boundary on Smith Island, amending Ordinance No. 2021-94, as amended

ACTION ITEMS:

(22) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Kitsap Transit

(23) Authorize the Mayor to sign Road Use Permit (No. 55-088867) with the Washington Department of Natural Resources
