(6) CB 1404-16–3rd and final Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1671-89 (EMC 19), as amended, with the addition of a section entitled, “Unit Lot Subdivisions” and amending other related sections of the zoning code

(7) CB 1404-17– 3rd and final Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2328-98 (EMC 18, Land Division), as amended, Unit Lot Subdivisions

(8) CB 1404-18– 3rd and final Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Chapter 15.16 of EMC Title 15 (Local Project Review Procedures), as amended, concerning Unit Lot Subdivisions

(9) CB 1404-19– 3rd and final Reading – Adopt the Proposed Ordinance authorizing a pilot project for micro-housing for Trinity Lutheran College students at the southwest corner of Oakes and California with off-street, off-site parking at the Trinity Lutheran College Garage at the southeast corner of Wetmore and California, amending Section 34 of Ordinance No. 1671-89 and Section 7 of Ordinance No. 2347-98, as amended

(10) Adopt Resolution concerning 2014 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan, other funding sources, project implementation, and modification to the 2010-2014 Consolidated Planauthorizing the Mayor to sign and submit the Annual Action Plan with the application

ACTION ITEMS:

(11) Authorize the purchase of Two dump bodiesand Related Equipment from Washington State Contract 12304 in the amount of $202,814.64

(12) Authorize the purchase of two International Model 7400 6x4 cab & chassiesfrom State Contract 01513

(13) Award Bid 2014-026 for an annual supply of gravel to Cemex Construction Materials, Iron Mountain Quarry and Granite Construction Company for a total of $390,000.00 including Washington State Sales Tax

(14) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Intergovernmental Agreement with Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission to accept the $18,712.00 award for theMarineLaw Enforcement Grant

(15) Authorize the Mayor to approve the application for Fund Year 2014 Bulletproof vest Partnership award funding from the United States Department of Justice to sign the necessary documents in the event of an award

(16) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Inter-Jurisdictional Coordination relating to Affordable housing

(17) Authorize the Mayor to sign Second Addendum to Communications Antenna Site Lease Agreement with T-Mobile for use of City-owned property

(18) Authorize the Mayor to sign Easement Agreement with Public Utilities District No. 1 of Snohomish County for electrical distribution facilities at Lift Station #24
