Boulevard Bluffs is in the southwest area of Everett. It is a mostly residential community, with many new single-family homes mixed with large homes. The south side has large commercial businesses and apartment complexes. The neighborhood enjoys outstanding views of Port Gardner Bay and the Olympic Mountains.

East - Phillips Creek (middle of 1900 block of Mukilteo Blvd.)
South - Merrill Creek Parkway/Seaway Boulevard
West - Mukilteo City limits
