Central Waterfront Planning Area

After staff presentation, public testimony, and discussion at the January 9 public hearing, City Council approved the adoption of the Central Waterfront Redevelopment Plan as a Subarea Plan of the Everett Growth Management Comprehensive Plan, and adopted zoning regulations for the Central Waterfront Planning Area.  The Subarea Plan includes a vision for the redevelopment of the former Kimberly-Clark mill site and other properties in the vicinity.  The amendments to the zoning regulations prohibit certain uses, and include development and design standards.
