Emergency Medical Services
All Everett firefighters are trained as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) or as Paramedics (ALS) in addition to their firefighting responsibilities. They respond to medical emergencies in Medic Units, Aid Units, Fire Engines or Ladder Trucks.

Our highly trained professionals respond from six fire stations located throughout our City. We have three paramedic units, six fire engines and one ladder truck active 24 hours a day seven days a week.  In addition, when staffing is available, we may have an additional fire engine and two aid cars working.

The Everett Fire Department has mutual aid agreements with multiple neighboring fire agencies around Snohomish County who will provide back-up service to us when calls for service are high or unique within the City of Everett.
