Located at the end of the 10th Street Marina, this park is managed by the Port of Everett and is the access point for the ferry service to Jetty Island.

The Port of Everett is leading an effort with the city and county to spice up the 10th Street Marine Park, to make it more modern, user friendly and attractive to the Everett community. The Port of Everett, City of Everett and Snohomish County have each committed $250,000 to park improvements that will reconfigure the park, adding a new waterfront walkway for bikes and pedestrians, a raised sandy beach, three picnic shelters, a playground for children, a new kayak launching area and 43-additional paved parking spaces. Initial renovations are hoped to be completed by 2009.
