Lowell Community Church is the oldest building in City of Everett, built in 1861.

Acrowood, formerly Sumner Iron Works, 4100 block of S. 3rd Ave., was built in 1913. It is the oldest continuing manufacturing plant in Everett.

Typical mill worker cottages can be found on S. 3rd Avenue (house numbers: 5013, 5014, 5018 and 5102).

The Campbell House, 5214 S. 2nd Ave, was built by Frank Killian and is on the historic register.
